September is filled with pumpkin pie, apple picking and weather patterns – at least it is for YouthQuest students who are exploring how seasons change this month.
“We are always finding new ways to teach key concepts by exploring something that our students consider fun and interesting,” says Nefertari Jones, YouthQuest’s interim program director. “By exploring seasonal changes, we can teach students about culture, physics, mathematics and life cycles.”
